Richard E. Stephen

75, Indianapolis, passed away on January 14, 2024.  He was a retired equipment maintenance technician for Deluxe Checks.  Richard was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ruby Stephen; brother Robert Stephen.  Survivors include his wife Glenna Stephen; children Tamara McCardle, Richard Stephen, Amy Hopper, Brian Stephen; sisters Claudia Russian, Karen Smitley; brother LeMoyne Stephen; 8 grandchildren.  He loved his family foremost, auto racing, rivers and riverboats, Jimmy Buffett and the beach, and YouTube.  His favorite phrase was "Party on Dude!"  Visitation will be from 3 pm to 6 pm Fri. Jan. 19 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg.
