Richard D. Young, 62, Crawfordsville, passed away Sept. 10, 2016. He was a retired general contractor and a US Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Henrietta Young and a brother Patrick Young. Survivors include his wife Carol Young; daughter Jamie (Randy) York; brothers Mike (Patty) Young, Ken (Christine) Young, and Tom Young; sisters Sharon Young and Kathy Korn; granddaughter Savanna York; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from noon to 2pm Wed. Sept. 14 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 2pm.
