85, Brownsburg, passed away March 16, 2018. He retired from GM Allison in 1988 after 38 years of service. He was a US Navy Veteran. Survivors include his wife Aletha Parsons; son Dale Lee Vann; brother Charles Parsons; sister Frances Joan Carter; granddaughter Mallory Vann. Memorial services will be 5pm Thursday March 22 at Matthews Mortuary, with visitation from 4 to 5 pm.
