Robert J. Scardine, age 69, Avon, passed away April 23, 2014. He was a member of St. Malachy Catholic Church and was an employee of Ford Motor Company at the Chicago Assembly Plant retiring after 44 years. He is survived by his wife Dolores Scardine; daughter Danielle (Rickey) Snyder; sisters Frances (Kevin) Kopp, Marlene (Robert) Rodella; brother Selvin (Sandy) Scardine; brother-in-law Albert (Mary) Pizzato; grandchildren Blake and Brady Snyder; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3-7 pm Sun., April 27 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. Funeral services will be at 10 am Mon., April 28 in St. Malachy Catholic Church.
