Robert J. Tenney, age 72, passed away at his residence Tuesday, March 25, 2014. He was born in Albany and had been a resident of Rensselaer, NY for over 40 years. Bob was a US Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam era. Alongside his brother he was owner of CF Mark Publishing. Bob attended St. John The Evangelist and St. Joseph Church in Rensselaer and St. Michael's Church in North Greenbush. He was an avid fisherman. Son of the late Edgar J. and Anne Tenney; husband of the late Ernette Tenney; father of Lisa (Casey) Lyon of San Diego, CA and Jon (Christina) Tenney of Rensselaer, NY; and grandfather of four. Also survived are several nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in law. Services will be 11:00 am, Wed., April 2, at St. Malachy Catholic Church, Brownsburg, with visitation starting at 10:00 am. Burial will be in St. Malachy Cemetery, Brownsburg.
