Ronald L. Lauritsen
64, Lizton, passed away Sept. 29, 2016. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin as a civil engineer. He continued his work as a civil engineer and retired in 2013. His hobbies included gardening and hunting. He loved the outdoors and walking the trails of the Nicolet National Forest with his dogs. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. His father Harry Lauritsen preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Carol Lauritsen; children Jennifer (David) Batic and Josh Lauritsen; mother Lois Lauritsen; brothers Jim (Judy) Lauritsen, Keith Lauritsen, and Scott (Carla) Lauritsen; sisters Susan (John) Blaise and Renee Lauritsen; grandchildren Bryce and Madalyn Batic. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Mon. Oct. 3 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1pm.
