Ronald Lee Paul 81, of Indianapolis, beloved husband, father, brother and papaw died on Saturday, January 29, 2022.  Ronald (Ronnie) was born in Washington, Indiana on April 23, 1940 to the late Earnest and Bernice Paul. He was employed as a truck driver for over 40 years.

He is survived by his wife Mary (Winingear) Paul; sons Chris Paul and Greg Paul; sisters Beverly Joanne Hoover and Shirley Hale; and granddaughter Bryttnie Paul, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Ronnie's greatest joy in life was his family in which he was a fierce protector. He loved his dog Lucy, and enjoyed fishing, working on cars, home projects and astronomy. He was an affectionate man with a larger than life presence and a quirky sense of humor that anyone who knew him came to know and love.
