Sammie Minton, age 93, Brownsburg, passed away May 21, 2014. He had worked for Bryant Heating and Cooling. He was preceded in death by his wife Lizzie Minton and daughter Kissie Wheat. Survivors include children Hester (Ralph) Hunt, Esther Robinson, Carl (Carol) Minton, Ford (Nancy) Minton, Gilbert (Elaine) Minton, Patricia (Wayne) Burdine, and Lee (Shera) Minton; 29 grandchildren, 65 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Sat. May 24 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
