Sandra J. Cloyd
69, Indianapolis, passed away on April 15, 2023.  She was an administrative assistant for FedEx for 15 years.  Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Naomi Starr; brother Dennis Starr.  Survivors include her daughter Kelsey (Brice) Doane; brothers Steve (Trina) Starr, Jon Starr; grandchildren Jase, Cortland, Braxton, and Scarlett Doane.  Celebration of Life services will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm Sunday, June 4 at her Community Clubhouse at 1931 Lake of the Pines Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46234.
