With a knack for creativity, he delighted in bringing laughter to those around him. Whether immersed in cooking videos or watching boxing, he cherished these pastimes. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 40 years, Yoeung Touch, his children Mayan Howard, Savoth (Aurelie) Touch, Marina (Anthony) Cobb, sister Sovean Chinn, and five grandchildren.
