Sheila Eakins, age 71, Brownsburg, passed away June 24, 2014. She was a member of Hope Community Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Eakins Sr., son Jack Eakins Jr., brothers Norman Gray and Wiley Gray. Survivors include children Sherri Eakins and Christopher Eakins; brothers Allen (Frances) Gray and Cyrus (Marie) Gray; sister Norma (Jack) Cahoon; grandsons Joel Eakins, Christopher Eakins II, Jackson Eakins, and Brody Long. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Sat. June 28 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
