Shelby Thomas Hobbs
27, Brownsburg, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2012. Born March 4, 1985 at Castle Air Force Base California, Shelby is the son of Shelby R. and Renee Lynn (Anderson) Hobbs. Shelby is survived by his grandmothers, Susan Wilhoit and Alice Laughridge; three sisters, Noriko, Kiyoko, and Robin Ann. Shelby is also survived by, as he calls them his babies, four miniature Dachshunds Fritzy, Baby Girl, Fritzy Fritzpatrick and Angel Baby; plus several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Shelby was an Airman in the Civil Air Patrol an auxiliary of the United States Air Force. Shelby also reached the rank of Captain in a Star Trek Based Fan Club as Commander of the USS Telek NCC46112. Shelby took pride in making authentic Star Trek uniforms. Shelby loved working on his computer day and night designing websites for the Star Trek Fan Clubs. Shelby will be missed by all people he touched. For sure Shelby dwells in the house of the Lord. Shelby loved preaching from the bible to his Great Grandmother Leona Anderson. Services will be held at the Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery, 4570 Trenton Oxford Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 on Friday, August 10 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Shelby's name to the Humane Society.
