Sherry Lynn Blizzard

72, of Brownsburg, passed away on October 14th, 2026. Sherry was born in Hamilton, Ohio to her parents Virgil and Ruby Hibbard on November 21st, 1953. During her professional career, Sherry was involved in clerical work for manufacturing companies such as Tynan Equipment. Outside of work, she loved to go shopping and to exercise her creative talents by sewing blankets and quilts for her family. Most of all, Sherry was known as a loving mother, sister, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother Kenny Lewis. Sherry is survived by her beloved son Derek Taylor; twin sister Sandy Mudd and siblings Scott Hibbard, Evelyn Allen, and Sonny Hibbard; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th from 10 am to 12 noon at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with memorial services to follow at 12 noon.
