Steven Ronald Prchal
In the afternoon of Friday, January 14, 2022, Steven Ronald Prchal of Fishers, IN passed away at the age of 44. Steve was born to Linda and Chubby Prchal in Hutchinson, MN. The family moved to Danville, IN where he graduated from Brownsburg High School in 1996. A strong athlete, Steve played football all four years, and he was a diver and swimmer on the swim team. He graduated from Indiana University in 2000 with a Degree in Marketing. Free time was spent as a member of Ski Patrol at the former Ski World near Bloomington, IN. An avid outdoorsman, Steve loved hunting and snowmobiling with his dad, son, uncles, nephew and cousins. For the last 25 years, Steve was a real estate appraiser who loved his work. He married Lona Chandler in 2008, had a son in 2009, and was later divorced. He loved the Colts, so he proudly wore his Colts jacket and hat daily. The shining star in Steve's life was his son, Beau. His greatest joy was spending time and creating memories with him. Steve's loving demeanor and infectious sense of humor will be deeply missed by his son, parents, sister Amy (Eric) Peterson of Zionsville, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, relatives in MN and TX, and all who had the good fortune to know him.
