67, Indianapolis, passed away on March 19, 2023. Todd was preceded in death by his parents Keith and Phyllis Foist; brothers Tim Foist, Allen Foist, Ross Adam Foist. Survivors include his sons Todd Benjamin Foist, Samuel Issac Foist; brother Braxton Foist; sister Brenda Foist; grandchildren Jourdan Foist and Allayah Foist. Private services will be held at a later date. He was a US Navy veteran.
