Vernon Hibbard, 83, Brownsburg, passed away Jan. 14, 2018. He had been a diesel mechanic for Yellow Freight for over 30 years. He was a US Army veteran and a member of the Brownsburg American Legion. He enjoyed country music and line dancing with friends. Survivors include his children Tammy Hibbard, Tony Hibbard and Tim Hibbard; sister Martha Riccardi; grandson Tyler. Memorial services will be 5:30pm Mon. Jan. 22 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation from 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
