Violet R. Roe
89, Indianapolis, passed away May 2, 2021. She was a long-time real estate investor and developer in this area. She graduated from Pinnell High School in 1949 and was a former Mrs. Hendricks County. She was preceded in death by her husband Keith Solomon, son Christopher Solomon and a sister Betty Hurt. Survivors include her companion Jack Roe; daughter Donna Solomon; grandchildren Carmen Hardesty and Jarrod Hardesty; five great grandchildren Brent, Samuel, Breyonna, Rosie, and Ezekial; sister Jane Ross; nephews Eugene Hurt, Steve Hurt, Jeff Ross and Michael Ross; nieces Martha Jennings and Tina Swarens. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Friday May 7 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funerals services at 1 pm.  Burial will follow at Lizton K of P Cemetery. In compliance with current conditions, it is recommended that guests wear masks and observe social distancing.
