Walter B. Duncan
80, Hebron, KY, formerly of Brownsburg, passed away September 10, 2021. He had been the manager of the Brownsburg Kroger Store as well as a lifetime Kroger employee for 42 years, retiring in 2002. Walter then became the director of the Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a 32 Degree Mason. He was preceded in death by his parents Delbert and Ruth Duncan, brother Delbert Duncan and a sister Darlene Barnes. Survivors include his daughter Kimberley Warner (husband Jay); sisters Patty Freije, Portia Jones and Marilyn Hewitt (husband Craig); brothers Mike Duncan (wife Jean), Randy Duncan (wife Peggy), and Rick Duncan (wife Gladys); grandchildren Michael Foreman and Abigail Foreman; great granddaughter Maizey Akins; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Wednesday September 15 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1pm. Burial will follow in Floral Park Cemetery.
