William H. Barker, 83, Brownsburg, went to be with the Lord on April 26, 2015. He was a US Air Force veteran, serving as a medic in the Korean War. He was a graduate of Mitchell High School and the Indiana College of Mortuary Science, finishing his career as a professional driver. He was a member of Clermont Christian Church. He was an avid golfer and loved playing bridge and euchre card games. He was preceded in death by his parents David and Bertha Barker, and brothers Roy Barker and Maurice Barker. Survivors include his wife Carolyn Barker; daughters Tanya (William) Kersey, Tracey Martonic, Terri (Donald) Rinker, and Tia Barker; brother Walter Barker; sisters Sandy Cottengain and Joan Wagner; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 1pm Thurs. April 30 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation from 12 noon.
