William Susemichel

83, Indianapolis, passed away on May 10, 2024.  He retired after 40 years from General Motors as a machine operator in 2005.  William was a graduate of Ben Davis High School.  He enjoyed basketball, baseball, football and track.  William was a skilled woodworker and loved bowling, appearing many times in the daily newspaper for high score for the bowling center.  He enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and his monthly poker night with friends of over 20 years.  He was preceded in death by his wife Charlene Susemichel; parents William Henry and Ruth Opal Susemichel.  Survivors include his children Steven (Karen) Susemichel, Trena Brim, Nancy Spiller; step children Katy Diggs, Susan Diggs; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.  Memorial visitation will be from 1 pm to 2 pm Thursday, May 16 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with memorial services there at 2 pm.
